The Zeus 2 barbecue oven is versatile, dual-purpose and larger.
It incorporates an Argentinean grill with grease trap for easy cleaning, and its tray is height adjustable.
The knobs and handles of these ovens have been manufactured in stainless steel for longer life and greater aesthetic contrast. Also, incorporate a upper smoke outlet which results in smoke-free spaces.
The base and sides of the barbecue are made from refractory brick and includes a thermometer to monitor the temperature and adjust the cooking. The stainless steel oven has a removable function for easy cleaning. Both are compatible with Gastronorm trays.
