Veleta is a large visible oven that can be placed anywhere. It has a convenient ash drawer for easy removal.
It has been made of steel and stainless steel knobs and handles for long life and design. Includes top smoke outlet.
The oven is made of refractory bricks and is fitted with a thermometer.
One large tray and two small stainless steel trays of Gastronorm size with five interior cooking heights, made of stainless steel and removable for easy cleaning.
