How can I return a product?

At prensastove.com you can return a product if it has a manufacturing or transport defect.
Through our email address info@prensastove.com. you may request a refund, stating the reason for the refund. 

How long do I have to return a product?

The repayment period is 14 days once the reasons for the return have been verified or in the event of a manufacturing or transport defect.

What do I have to pay for the return of a product?

The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused, the shipping costs of the returned or exchanged goods shall be borne by the customer according to the transport tariff.

Except if the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or breakage in transport, in which case the costs will be borne by Stove Press.
